Welcome! The Hobbs Municipal Schools R.N. Tydings Auditorium is a facility where the community can come hear quality speakers or experience a live performing arts experience.  The R.N. Tydings Auditorium accommodates a wide range of opportunities in lectureships, music, theatre arts and dance presentations.  The facility is a historic landmark in Hobbs, New Mexico and has undergone many renovations to keep it one of the first class performance arts venues in the region. The auditorium seats up to 2000 people but can also accommodate smaller audiences of 250. There are other rooms available during events including  Small Band Room Band Hall Choir Room Green Room 100 Wing Little Theatre Internet is available throughout the facility.
