Keaton Hartman kept the Wildcats goalie on his toes during Saturday's 3-0 win over Clovis. The Eagles secured the district championship title with the victory which occurred on Senior Day. Click on the photo for highlights.

College Lane students who met their book reading goal for the first nine weeks celebrated with a party on Friday that included super hero games, spraying each other and assistant principal Heather Campbell with silly string and crepe-papering principal Susan Flowers to a pole. More than 125 students qualified for the reward. Click on the photo for highlights. Edith Ramirez-Quiroz, a 28-year HMS employee and CAI technician, was named the Tate Branch Eagle Pride Employee of the Month on Friday. Broadmoor Elementary School was named a 2018 National Blue Ribbon School award winner on Monday. It was the only public school in New Mexico to earn the honor this year and is the first National Blue Ribbon school in Hobbs history. U
