A
few words from the Hobbs High School Principal...

Welcome
to Hobbs High School! I am
honored to be a part of our children’s education as principal of Hobbs
High School. I look
forward to continuing the tradition of excellence in the educational
community.
Hobbs
High School has an enrollment of approximately 1,700 students, 137
staff, 12 different departments, 25 clubs and organizations, and 13
different competition sports. Hobbs High School also offers alternate
school, night school, and summer school for students who need it. The
school is open from 7:30 until 4:00, with class hours beginning at 8:20
and ending at 3:40. Within that time we have six 50-minute class
periods, a 30 minute advisory program, guided supervision and a 30-minute
lunch period.
All of us at Hobbs High School encourage and invite parent involvement
in the educational process. Our
door is always open. There are many volunteer programs that allow
parents to become active. Hobbs High School has the expectation that all
of the members of our educational community are the best there is.
Being a Hobbs Eagle is being nothing less than the best.
