When connecting a computer or device to the internet that is not Hobbs Schools property, you will need to install the browser certificate. it must be Connected to the Guest Network of your building, once connected the user will be prompted to login, use your HMS credentials to grant access. to see the rest of the process watch the Tutorial Videos.

Anyone using Firefox, Android, iOS, or a Mac on HMS networks will be required to have this certificate installed, regardless of if the device is provided by the district. If the device is a windows device provided by HMS the certificate will be pre-installed for Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers.

For anyone using a personal device on HMS networks the certificate will be required regardless of the device type or browser. By connecting to HMS networks on a personal device, you acknowledge that HMS will inspect and log all traffic including secure traffic from your device.
