2009/2010 Professional Development - Spreadsheet      If multiple staff members are requesting professional development, this Excel spreadsheet can be used to consolidate that information on one form to attach to the "blue" form and "New" form described above Travel for PD Reports.xls
2009/2010 Professional Development - In House Training Form In town trainings may provide a list of attendees with all pertinent information (account number for substitutes, identified teachers needing subs, etc.) instead of individual "blue" forms.  This Excel spreadsheet can be used for that purpose.  Note that building secretaries need to be aware of the dates that substitutes are needed if "blue" forms are not used and the correct account number for paying the substitute costs.
